Marketing Leadership With Accountability
I help organizations decide where marketing should focus, how to use their resources, and what needs to happen next.
As the founder of Lime Group, I work directly with business owners and leadership teams while taking responsibility for strategy and execution. That experience has taught me to balance growth goals with budgets, deadlines, and the practical demands of running a business.
My approach is straightforward: understand the situation, establish priorities, communicate clearly, and follow through.
Setting a Clear Direction
I start with the business goals, the customers we need to reach, and the obstacles standing in the way.
I ask what has already been tried, where opportunities are being missed, and what success would look like to the people responsible for the business.
From there, I develop practical priorities that connect marketing activity to the organization’s goals. A useful plan should make it clear what we’re doing, why it matters, and how we’ll evaluate progress.
Leading Brand & Creative Decisions
My background in graphic design and art direction helps me connect business strategy with the way an organization presents itself.
I look at whether the message is clear, the visual identity fits the business, and the experience feels consistent across websites, advertising, email, and other customer touchpoints.
I can explain the reasoning behind creative decisions and carry that direction through to the finished work.
Connecting the Digital Work
I look at how the website, search visibility, advertising, content, and follow-up support the same customer journey.
That helps me identify what needs attention first. A campaign may need a stronger landing page. A service may need clearer information. Existing content may need improvement before more is produced.
My role is to connect those decisions and keep the work focused on helping customers find the business, understand its value, and take action.
Connecting Marketing With Sales
I work with business owners and sales teams to understand what a qualified inquiry looks like and what happens after someone contacts the business.
That perspective guides advertising, website messaging, service information, and calls to action. It also helps identify where lead quality, follow-up, or customer expectations need attention.
I want marketing decisions to reflect the opportunities the business can realistically serve and convert into customers.
Using Data to Make Decisions
I use reporting to understand where visitors and inquiries come from, which activities are producing useful results, and where improvements are needed.
I look at the available data alongside feedback from the business. Website activity tells part of the story; the quality of inquiries and the sales team’s experience add important context.
When tracking is incomplete, I’m clear about what we know and what still needs to be measured.
Bringing People and Priorities Together
My leadership experience includes advising business owners and coordinating marketing projects with sales teams, departments, and outside partners.
Those groups often have different priorities. I listen, clarify the common objective, and help determine what needs to happen first.
I make the reasoning, responsibilities, and next steps clear so everyone involved understands how their part supports the work.A good strategy isn't very useful if nobody can execute it.
Turning Plans Into Consistent Execution
Running Lime Group means managing client relationships, deadlines, campaigns, and ongoing work across multiple organizations.
I break larger goals into manageable tasks, establish production schedules, and adjust priorities as needs change. I also develop repeatable content workflows and use automation where it helps keep routine work consistent.
I stay close enough to the execution to recognize problems early and take responsibility for resolving them.
Making Practical Budget Decisions
As a business owner, I understand that every marketing investment competes with other needs.
I help clients weigh the opportunity, cost, and work involved before deciding where to invest. That includes recognizing when to strengthen the website, refine an existing campaign, or pause an activity that isn’t earning its place in the plan.
My goal is to make the available budget support a clear set of business priorities.
Ready to Take Responsibility for What’s Next
I bring the perspective of a business owner and the practical experience to move marketing from planning into execution.
If your organization needs a marketing leader who can set priorities, communicate across departments, and stay accountable for the work, I’d welcome a conversation.
